What lash services do you offer?

We offer a variety of lash styles including Classic, Wispy, Hybrid, Volume, Mega Volume, and specialty sets like Wet Look, Spider, and Flashy sets. Fills, removals, and add-ons like colored lashes and bottom lashes are also available.

Do I need an appointment? Can I walk in?

Appointments are highly recommended to ensure availability. Walk-ins may be accepted based on the schedule, but we cannot guarantee open slots.

What’s your cancellation/rescheduling policy?

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or loss of deposit.

What if I’m running late?

Please contact us as soon as possible. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule, depending on availability.

What payment methods are accepted?

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. It goes toward your total service cost and must be paid at the time of booking.

A full set typically lasts 2–3 weeks before needing a fill, depending on your lash cycle, aftercare routine, and lifestyle.

How should I care for my lashes at home?

Avoid water, steam, and heavy oils for the first 24 hours. Brush them daily with a clean spoolie and cleanse them regularly with a lash-safe cleanser to maintain retention and hygiene.

What if I’m not satisfied with my service?

Client satisfaction is our priority. If you have concerns, please reach out within 48 hours so we can make it right.
