- Deposits Are Required
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. This amount goes toward your total service cost and confirms your appointment. - No Extra Guests
For the comfort of all clients and to maintain a focused, peaceful environment, no extra guests or children are allowed unless they’re being serviced. - Come with Clean Lashes
Please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes. No mascara, lash glue, strips, or residue. If you’re coming from another tech, a removal must be booked—I do not work over other artists’ work. - Book with Time in Mind
If you have events or time limits, please book accordingly. I do not rush my work—quality and lash retention are my top priorities. - Appointment Times May Vary
Service times listed are estimates. Lash fullness, desired style, and customization can impact duration. Please plan a little extra time, especially for dramatic sets. - Energy Check: Good Vibes Only
This is a judgment-free, drama-free zone. I value kindness, respect, and positive energy. Let’s keep it peaceful and professional for everyone. - No Foreign Fills or Fixes
I do not fill or fix lashes done by other techs. Please book a removal and full set if you currently have extensions from another provider. - Late Policy
A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After that, a $10 late fee applies. More than 20 minutes late without contact = appointment canceled and deposit forfeited. - Relax & Refresh
Enjoy a clean, cozy space with light music and refreshments during your appointment. Your comfort is important to me. - Payment Policy
Remaining balances are due in cash only. No Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, or cards are accepted at this time.
