Our Booking Policy
Thanks for choosing us for your braid services!
To ensure a smooth and stress-free appointment, please review the following policies and client expectations before booking.
Non-Refundable Deposit
A $25 deposit is required to secure your lash appointment and goes toward your total service cost.
A small $2 processing fee may apply when paying through PayPal or other online platforms.
Walk in appointments are welcome
Walk-ins and same-day bookings are welcome based on availability.
Please call or text (555) 555-5555 before arriving without a scheduled appointment.
No Extra Guests
For the safety and comfort of all clients:
No extra guests are allowed in the studio unless they are also receiving a service.
This includes children, friends, or family. Please arrive alone to your appointment.
Book the Earliest time available
When booking online, select the earliest time slot available.
Please avoid mid-day slots (11 AM–3 PM) unless that’s the only option left.
Need a later time? Text or call (555) 555-5555 for approval before booking.
NO RUSH SERVICES
Please do not book your lash appointment on the same day as an important event.
Lash sets vary in time depending on the style and detail—I never rush my work.
If you’re on a time crunch, reach out ahead to see if accommodations can be made.
Lash Prep Guidelines
Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes (no mascara, glue, or strip lash residue)
If you’re coming with work from another tech, send a photo before booking
If a removal is needed, please book it as an add-on ahead of time

After appointment is booked
You’ll receive a confirmation email right after booking.
A reminder text or email will be sent the day before your appointment.
Payment Policy
Remaining balance is due before the service begins.

We do not accept Cash App, Venmo, credit, or debit cards.
NO CALL NO SHOW
If you miss your appointment without notice, you will not be allowed to rebook in the future.
