Before You Book
To ensure your appointment runs smoothly, please arrive 5–10 minutes early to locate the studio and settle in.
Once your appointment is booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your service details, address, and any necessary prep instructions.
If you need to cancel, reschedule, or make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. Prompt communication helps us keep everything running on time and gives other clients a chance to book.
To get the most out of your lash service, please arrive with:
– Clean lashes – absolutely no mascara, eyeliner, or strip lash glue.
– Freshly washed face – avoid using oily products around your eyes.
– No caffeine – it can cause your eyes to flutter during application.
– Comfortable clothing – you’ll be laying down for 1–2 hours, so dress cozy.
Please use the restroom beforehand, silence your phone, and come ready to relax.
We have the right to refuse or stop a service at any time if:
– The client shows signs of a contagious condition (eye infection, lice, etc.)
– There’s disruptive or disrespectful behavior
– We believe the client’s expectations cannot be realistically or safely met
Your safety—and ours—is our priority. 💕
To secure your spot, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit goes toward your total balance and shows your commitment to the appointment. Your spot is not reserved without a deposit.
⏰ Late Policy
We understand that life happens—but please plan ahead to be on time. If you are:
-More than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or canceled. A $10 late fee will be added to your service.
–15+ minutes late, your session may be considered a no-show and the deposit will be forfeited.
Running behind? Call or text us as soon as possible.
No-shows take time away from other clients. If you miss your appointment without notice:
-Your deposit will be forfeited
-You may be required to prepay future appointments in full
-Repeat no-shows may be blocked from future bookings

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in the loss of your deposit. This policy allows us to offer your slot to another beauty babe.
You may reschedule once without penalty if it’s done at least 24 hours in advance. If you reschedule multiple times or within the 24-hour window, a new deposit will be required to rebook.
Due to the nature of our services, no refunds will be issued once a lash service has been performed. However, if you experience an issue with your lashes, please contact us within 48 hours. We may offer a complimentary touch-up at our discretion.
We love kids—but your lash appointment is your time to relax. For safety and sanitation reasons:
– No children or extra guests are allowed in the lash studio
-Only the client receiving the service may be present during the session
This ensures the best results and a peaceful environment for everyone.
